What do I need to bring?​
We’ll provide bikes, helmets, water and all the fun! Although we do our best to keep you in the shade, we are in Florida, so we recommend you dress appropriately for the weather and you may want to consider sunscreen.
What happens if it rains?
Our tours will continue to operate in light to moderate rain, but will be cancelled, and a refund provided, if the weather is dangerous or severe. General rule of thumb, if it’s reasonable, we’ll ride! Ponchos will be provided if needed.
Are children welcome on the tours?
Yes, children 13 years of age or older are welcome, when accompanied by an adult, for all tours except the Brew Loop Tour. Riders must be 21+ for that one.
What time should I arrive?​
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start time so we can get you set up with a bike and helmet and to ensure we can begin when scheduled.
Where do we meet for the tours?​
We will begin in the courtyard of Grand Central at Kennedy - 1120 E Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33602. We'll have our bikes set up and ready for your tour.
Where should I park?​
There are 2 parking garages (East and West) on either side of the Courtyard. Guest parking is available up to the 5th floor in either garage. The first 2 hours are free, there is a $2 per hour charge beyond the first 2 hours. There is also limited street parking in the area. If you are staying in a downtown hotel, consider utilizing the Tampa Streetcar (http://www.tecolinestreetcar.org/) or the free Downtowner shuttle (www.ridedowntowner.com) for a ride to our tour start location.
Do I need a reservation?​
Yes, please click the BOOK ONLINE tab to view our calendar and select the day & time you would like to schedule your tour.
How do I pay and what methods of payment are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You will be prompted for payment when you book a tour through our "Book Now" or "Book Online" link. Our payments are processed through PayPal, however YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. You may select the "pay with credit or debit card" option if you choose.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your tour with more than 24 hours advance notice, we will provide a full refund of your cost. If you cancel your tour with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 cancellation fee will be held.
Can I book a private tour? ​
